Quartermaster & Dragon's Hoard Enchantments

With these two types of enchantments in your five utility slots you can start to collect lots of refinement points (RP).  I like to run with three quartermasters and two dragon hoards.  you can purchase both off the auction house.  You can also obtain quartermasters during certain CTA events throughout the year.  You can also make dragon hoards in the Tyranny of Dragons: Well of Dragons campaign (go up the tree one level, turn right).  Get your quartermaster's first, they yield better rewards!  Be sure to immediately go to your inventory and right click them and "Mark as Protected" so you don't accidentally refine them.

Lastly, here is the key information on each and a super useful video at the end.  You will see in the video 1200 bags are going to be opened.  This is not uncommon!  Watch and see what kinds of rewards are given.  ALWAYS, ALWAYS, wait for the 2X Refining events to open them and get the double the rewards.

Quartermaster's Enchantment (Second Generation)

When applied to an item:

Utility Slot: You have X% chance after killing a foe to find a bag of goods.  Mutliple copies and higher ranks of this enchantment increase the chance of finding a bag of goods, and improve the quality of the goods found, including Refinement items, Campaign currencies, and Enchantments up to Rank 7 (bound when awarded).  You do not have to pick up these rewards off the ground, they automatically appear in your inventory when awarded!

Quartermaster's Enchantment, Rank 12 YIELDS 3.5% chance each.
3.5% x 3 enchants = 10.5%

This is the magic percentage, 10.5%, because that's when rank 7 enchantments have a chance to drop.  So keep ranking them up to at least rank 12, until then BORROW someone's level 12's when OPENING your spoils of war and other bags.  It is when you open them that you need 10.5%.  Thus, you can be a lower percentage while collecting them.  When borrowing be sure to immediately go to your inventory and right click them and "Mark as Protected" so you don't accidentally refine them.

Dragon's Hoard Enchantment (First Generation)

When applied to an item:

Utility Slot:  You have a X% chance after killing a foe to find a jewel at your feel.  Multiple copies of this Enchantment increase the chance of a find (so you do have to pick up the reward off the ground).
There is no magical percentage, the higher the percentage the more often a reward drops.
