The Stronghold is an adventure zone introduced in Module 7: Strongholds. Every guild has their own unique Stronghold instance that only guild and Alliance members may enter. Characters of any level can enter, but characters below level 80 are raised to level 80.

Each guild's stronghold starts with a level 1 Guild Hall, but other structures can be built and upgraded over time by doing quests and donating to the Stronghold's Coffer. (Neverwinter Wiki)

Ghost Templars has finished leveling the Stronghold to level 20 and completed all the boon structures. We are now working to complete support structures.  Please give all influence to the helm guild.

Please contact Fennik at Fennik@rothgarbaerig to discuss the Stronghold further.

Additional Aspects of the Stronghold

GUILD COFFER
The guild coffer is located toward the back left of the guildhall.  You will find it near the guild bank, personal bank, and mailbox.  The coffer is important as this is where you donate shards, vouchers, influence, and other items.  All of these items are needed to rank up and get those tasty guild boons that make you more powerful.  Below, you will read that there are many ways to donate to the coffer and it is all needed.  As a casual guild, we do not require daily quotas on your donations, we simply encourage you to donate.  We all benefit from the boons, so it is in our best interests to donate frequently.

CAUTION: A special word of caution about donating to the coffer.  You will notice that you are able to donate campaign currencies.  Do not donate these unless you have finished the campaign, because you will need your currencies to complete the campaign and get those boons for yourself, and other campaign rewards.  However, after you finish a campaign you generally just make keys for the epic dungeons and throw extra currencies into the guild coffer.

TENDING
There are seven tending items on the map where you can tend resources for the stronghold.  You can see their locations in the graphic below.  These persons or structures build up their resource with each passing second.  Anyone can tend them, and we recommend that you do anytime you see the resource above 800.  You can quickly see this by clicking (G)uild Managament, Stronghold tab.  Most critical are the gemcutter and recruiter, these are temporary and will come and go, keep an eye out for them!  You can only tend resources in your stronghold, i.e. not an alliance's stronghold.  Sometimes they will reach capacity and are temporarily capped.  So, when you are traveling by one, stop in and check it, do the guild a solid.

Note the five areas of tending.

Press Tend or View Details, Upgrade will be turned off for you.

DAILY QUESTS
The Builder (npc) is located on the immediate right as you enter the guildhall in the stronghold.  She will give you one or two daily quests inside the stronghold.  Even if you don't have time, please grab these every day.  They can stack up, and if you are partied with anyone during dragonflight, big HE's, etc. and they complete one, it will complete for you too automatically.  You will receive shards that you can donate to the guild coffer.  As the guildhall ranks up, additional/different quests will be offered to you.

INFLUENCE
To obtain influence you will need to complete five heroics in the stronghold.  Some are easier than others, and the big HE's (see below) are often attacked after dragonflights by alliance mobs.  When you complete a heroic, CTRL+F will give you your rewards.  One of the rewards will be influence and you can earn up to 400 per day for heroics.  Every guild needs these to rank up their guildhall, so this is a daily task that is important to gaining guild boons.  The easiest way to get your influence is to do the heroics with others, especially following dragonflights.  You will earn 150, 120, 75, 35, and 20 influence as you complete all five to reach your 400 daily cap.

BIG HEROICS (T3's)
You gain the reward of one heroic shard every 20 hours and this particular shard is precious.  You will only gain this shard once per day, per character, on your first big HE that completes.  This particular shard most often becomes a bottleneck in later guildhall development.  So, whenever you can donate one at any level please do so!  After dragonflights, the alliance will often do five or six big HE's to help everyone get get this shard, their influence, and better epic drops that can be salvaged or used.  An excellent strategy is to keep switching your characters to your alts with each Big HE.  Then you can collect five or six shards in one big HE run.  This is why the alliance will wait for a moment before attacking the big HE, they are giving everyone time to change characters and bring a new one to the fight.  Thus, harvesting this precious resource 5X faster.  Fun video that teaches about T3's.

DAILY SUPPORT
The Coin Master (npc) is found on the immediate left when entering the guildhall in the stronghold and will offer you a daily quest.  The rewards for completing the quest are for you personally, but also you receive vouchers that can then be donated to the guild coffer.  We need these to upgrade the guildhall.  They rotate around each day.

Sharandar: Iliyanbruen Artisan Voucher / Fey Trinkets
Dread Ring: Vanguard / Dark Gifts Voucher
Icewind Dale: Frozen Treasures Voucher
Tyranny of Dragons: Defeating Tiamat gives you a ‘Hoard of the Dragon Queen’ that contains a Greater Resonance Stone and a Major Astral Diamond Voucher for the coffer.

Underdark: Task 'Gather Stronghold Supplies' gives: Choice of Basic Astral Diamond Voucher, Basic Labor Voucher or Basic Gems Voucher
Maze Engine: Gauntlygrym Bounty - Gives a Choice of 10 Conquerer Shards of power, 10 Dungeoneer Shard of Power, A tome of Demonic Experience or 25 Seal of the Protector
Elemental Evil: Elemental Cult Cache - Gives a choice of either 2 Conquerer Shards of Power, 2 Dungeoneer Shard of Power or 25 Seal of the Elements

DAILY DUNGEON
The Cleric (npc) in the stronghold has two daily quests for a dungeon or a skirmish. Some of the dungeons are more challenging than others. There is usually a Tier 1 dungeon (Minimum 1600 Required Item Level) and a Tier 2 dungeon (Minimum 2000 Required Item Level) quest every day. Pick these up even if you don’t have time to complete them that day. They can be completed at any time and will reward you with ‘Dungeoneers shards’.

Surplus Equipment can be gathered most cost efficiently from tier 2 dungeons (Purple/Epic Drops).  Surplus Equipment will always be needed, even if the target goal for the guild coffer is not asking for it.

BEAR RUNS
One of the most efficient ways to generate experience points (EXP) is to farm bears in the stronghold.  Doing this during a double EXP event, can generate about 4 million EXP every 45-60 minutes.  Simply party up those that need EXP with a high damage per second (dps) player that kills like nobody's business.  Go to the southeast corner of the map, near where Beast Attack spawns.  Have your high dps travel a circuit in that area killing every bear they encounter, basically moving in a big circle in that area.  Keep moving in your circular pattern following them.  It is not important for the lower level characters to kill, just the high dps player.  The lower level characters job is to pick up vouchers that fall and donate them to the coffer.  If they want to loot other items that's a bonus.  The high dps player probably won't pick up anything, as their goal is to keep moving fast.  This can be done for as long or as short as your high dps player wants to go.  If you want to level up characters fast, this is an excellent option.  By being partied, everyone gains the EXP whether or not they do the killing.  Of course, if you don't have a hdps player handy, you can form a party and go about killing them yourself, but it will just be slower exp gain.  However, it is still the best bang for the buck!
